Mr. Yakar is one of the founders of the company. He graduated from the Finance Department, Faculty of Political Science- University of Ankara.
He resigned from his career as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, where he served from December 21, 1979 to May 1, 1985. Since then, he provided financial consultancy and auditing to various companies.
He is a shareholder of the auditing company. He holds the Financial Accountant Under Oath Certificate pursuant to Code No. 3568 (in Turkish, Yeminli Mali Musavirlik Ruhsati).
