Mr. Dogrusoz graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Istanbul. He was appointed as a Research Assistant for Financial Law to the Faculty of Political Sciences of the Academy of Commercial Sciences Istanbul. He earned the title “PhD” at the University of Istanbul with his dissertation “Tax Deduction at Source within the Turkish Tax System”. In 1990, he was appointed as a Faculty Member to Main Branch of Science on Financial Law at the Faculty of Economical and Administrative Sciences, University of Marmara. He worked in specialization commissions of Turkish Commerce and Industry Chambers and Association of Markets in disciplines, Tax, Privatization, Social Security, Local Administrations, Banks and Insurance companies. He performed various tasks in tax sub-committees of the State Planning Organization relating to the 7th and the 8th Five-Year Development Plans.

He also holds a corner in Newspaper “Referans Gazetesi”, writing on Financial Law. He has published books such as “Tax Deduction at Source in Turkish Tax System”, “Corporations”, “Basic Tax Laws”, “Tax Reform (Explanation of Code Nr. 4369)” and more than fifty articles. He has been providing law consultancy service since the foundation of our company.
