Audit department
The audit department is spearheaded by 3 assurance directors, who have extensive audit experience to meet the modern day challenges of auditing; and 1 non-assurance director.
The audit practice, audit technologies and related information systems incorporate the latest computer facilities and computerized programs which are fully compliant with the requirements of our professional body.
Our audit team includes professional assistants who have either qualified as Chartered Accountants, completed their traineeship and in the final stage of qualifying as chartered accountants, audit seniors with more than four years audit experience, intermediates who have an accounting degree and at least two years audit experience and juniors in their initial training contract period.
Members of the audit team spend a great deal of their working day at client premises and we rely heavily on them to project the good image of our firm.
Accounting department
Our accounting department assists with all your day to day accounting needs from payroll and VAT service, monthly bookkeeping and annual financial statement preparation.
Corporate compliance department
Our corporate compliance officer has more than 20 years service with the firm. Her duties include the formation of companies, share transfer secretaries, secretarial practice and other Companies Act / Close Corporations Act compliance.
Tax department
The tax department attends to the completion and submission of the annual tax returns for both companies and individuals, together with the required provisional tax returns. In addition, the tax department offers, in conjunction with outside experts as considered necessary, advice on the following:
- local and international corporate entities;
- planning of tax strategies for individuals and companies.
- submission of required returns to SARS.
