JUDr. Ing. Dušan Tomka is a founder and sole partner of ECOVIS DT LEGAL law office, who leads a team of lawyers focused mainly on a provision of comprehensive legal services and consulting to foreign and domestic clients, in their activities in the middle Europe. In the past, he had cooperated with the international law office Rödl & Partner and as a head of the legal department of the international advisory company Deloitte & Touche.

Dušan’s extensive legal experience comprises corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, real estate, privatization projects, agreements on cooperation between the Slovak Republic and international investors, state aid and structure of investments on the domestic and foreign market, legal advisory services for private wealth (legal succession, creation and optimization of holding structures etc.) and trusts. He also engages in publication and lecture activities aimed at commercial and labour law.
