Richard Sheng’s current position is audit manager. He worked in auditing firms since 2004. He is mainly responsible for annual auditing on financial statements and audit service related to M&A, liquidation etc. Richard holds CPA and CTA (Certified Tax Agent) qualifications in China. Besides auditing, he has also sound knowledge of financial and taxation system and participated in consulting and auditing service for many domestic and foreign listing companies.
