The ECOVIS Fi.Solutions methodology leaves nothing to chance.

It starts with a discussion with the managers concerned to outline the overall framework. The aim is to clearly define the scope of the assignment with a comprehensive description of the environment.

This is followed by interviews with those directly responsible. The aim? To analyse the flows and the tasks actually performed throughout the process. To identify who is responsible for what, the context (delegation, signature, data access…), the documents, the information flows…

ECOVIS Fi.Solutions then carries out a detailed analysis to identify possible irregularities and failures, systematically looking for potential losses, errors, fraud, etc.
