Fashion industry

Subsidiary of an internationally renowned Italian luxury fashion group with a rapidly expanding business comprising eight boutiques in France. ECOVIS Fi.Solutions maintains the accounting records, prepares the annual and half-year financial statements, prepares all tax returns (annual corporate income tax, VAT, EU Intrastat returns, business tax, retail taxes and property taxes), prepares the payroll for over 120 employees and deals with company secretarial matters. The client has online access to the accounting software to extract information for analysis of operating results. All transactions are recorded by boutique to facilitate the management of the entire group in France.

Information Technology

The French subsidiary of a US-listed multinational group and a major provider of wireless products and services. We record the company’s transactions and prepare a comprehensive monthly reporting package in accordance with US GAAP, broken down into around 15 cost centres. The client determines the format of the reporting package.
