International group specialising in the distribution and management of payment cards:

ECOVIS Fi.Solutions participated in the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley procedures, including the review of the procedures manual and the improvement of the working methods used. The company also assisted the head of accounting, in particular with the confirmation of intercompany accounts.

Investment Fund

UK investment fund specialising in developing businesses. The firm carried out an acquisition review in connection with the fund’s investment in a French fashion retailer, including a review of accounting, tax and personnel matters. The firm also prepared and presented certain financial forecasts.

Insurance

French branch of a New York listed insurance company specialising in guarantees for bond issues and operating worldwide (France, UK, Spain, Mexico, Australia and Japan). ECOVIS Fi.Solutions is responsible for the bookkeeping, the preparation of a monthly reporting package for the USA on the third day after the end of the month and general tax compliance.

Accounting entries are recorded on a dual chart of accounts: the French accounting plan for insurance companies and the applicable US system.

Real estate

French subsidiary of a German investment fund active in the French property market through some fifteen properties. Our firm keeps the basic accounting records, prepares periodic/monthly tax returns (e.g. VAT) and annual returns (e.g. corporate income tax) and records property transactions for a proper and meaningful analysis of the financial results.

Financial information

French subsidiary of a US-listed international group, a leader in the provision of financial information. ECOVIS Fi.Solutions has access to the US accounting records and records the adjustments required to present the financial statements in accordance with French accounting and tax regulations. ECOVIS Fi.Solutions also provides tax compliance and consulting services.
