Geir Peter Hole

Geir had many years’ experience as a legal advisor at the Norwegian tax authorities before joining Ernst & Young, where he was stationed in Oslo and London. He then joined Wiersholm, one of Norway’s largest and most prestigious law firms where he further developed his specialty areas.
In the period 2008-2017 Geir was Norwegian Head of Business law and Tax in Grant Thornton Law Norway.

He has acquired in-depth experience, working with smaller companies and with major listed corporations, within domestic and international tax- and company law. He has worked with many cross-border transactions, due diligence, corporate structuring and global establishments and reorganizations. Further, he has maintained his specialist skills in the field of international taxation, including services for Norwegian and foreign companies with activities abroad.
Thus, Geir has considerable international experience. He has consistently served international clients on cross-border issues and assignments.
