Mishta Kona Herkanaidu

Mishta has over 12 years of audit and accounting experience, having worked at KPMG Mauritius, KPMG Luxembourg, Econet Global Limited and Baker Tilly.

Mishta joined Baker Tilly as Senior Manager in 2018. She has been assuming the role of Associate Director from January 2020 up to October 2021, contributing significantly to the exponential growth of the audit practice.

During the course of her career, Mishta has worked on several major audit assignments with wide industry coverage which includes the financial, offshore, manufacturing, telecommunication, hospitality, retailing and shipping industry. Mishta has gained extensive experience in the area of IFRS and IFRS for SME during her professional career.

Mishta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA).
