Ved Ramnarain

Ved brings across 16 years of audit experience, having worked at Big 4 companies in Mauritius and Luxembourg.

Ved has extensive experience in providing financial statements audits prepared in accordance with IFRS and other assurance engagements, delivering to a diverse portfolio of clients in the private sector across mainly banking, consumer and retail, and asset management, also comprising of listed companies.

He was responsible for the audit of Absa Bank (Mauritius) Limited, Bank of China (Mauritius) Limited, BCP Bank (Mauritius) ltd, Ciel Group, Quality Beverages Limited, Livestock Feed Limited, ARCH Group, Export Trading Group, Verod Group, Insignia Group and Agri-Vie Group amongst others.

Ved also had the opportunity to lead the digital transformation project and data analytics team, leveraging on technology for the future of audit.

He has exceptional communication and collaboration skills to build quality relationships with clients and team members, as well as leadership skills to conduct comprehensive audit engagements in accordance with financial and regulatory standards.

Ved holds a degree in Accounting with Finance from the University of Mauritius. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) and Microsoft Certified Professional.
