Vivek Gujadhur

Vivek has over 20 years of audit and advisory experience, having worked at various firms in the UK and in Mauritius, including KPMG, Moore Stephens and Baker Tilly.

Vivek assumed the role of Managing Partner from 2019 to October 2021 at Baker Tilly. Under his leadership, Baker Tilly grew from a 20-staff firm to a 100+ staff firm generating USD 2.5m+ of annual revenue.

Vivek has extensive experience leading audit, advisory, and tax assignments in heavily regulated sectors (e.g., banking, insurance), both in Mauritius and in the neighbouring countries (Seychelles).

He has been the audit signing partner on several listed entities and Public Interest Entities (“PIEs”), while also leading multiple engagements for donor-funded entities (i.e., European Union, UNICEF, World Bank).

Vivek is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He was the Chairperson of the Mauritius Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA) until October 2021 and the Vice Chairperson of the board until September 2022.
