Corporate Social Responsibility – ECOVIS Malta
BAĦĦ is the title of the first Solo Exhibition by a Maltese upcoming artist, Peter Seychell. A festivity of design, colours and a meditation of spaces and landscapes. ECOVIS Malta a member of ECOVIS International is supporting this exhibition with a double objective.
The first being the promotion of art which is an expression of creativity for the enjoyment of the admirers.
Secondly use BAĦĦ as a platform to raise funds in support of philanthropic purposes based on ECOVIS CSR policy. Our initiative was welcomed by the artist and Ray and Marianne Attard, owners of Gemelli Gallery, where the exhibition is being hosted. The decision is to donate a percentage based on the exhibits sold to contribute towards two philanthropic organisations in support of their work towards those in need. Funds raised shall go to:
- Hospice Malta is a voluntary organisation inspired by Christian values to provide and promote the highest standards of Palliative care for persons with cancer, motor neuron disease, end of life respiratory, cardiac, renal, and liver disease. It also aims to help and support their families.
and - SiGMA Foundation a non-profit organisation who is currently raising funds to finance surgery for Cleft lip and Cleft Palate for children in Santa Marta, Columbia.
We believe that our relatively small contribution will help both organisations to continue with their efforts in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those they voluntarily serve.
Together, we can make a difference in the world through art and philanthropy.
