Established primarily to provide trust and trustee services under the Trusts and Trustees Act of 2005, ECOVIS TFC is authorised to act as a trustee, fiduciary, and administrator of private foundations.

In addition, TFC is a registered Corporate Service Provider, offering comprehensive support in company formation, bespoke corporate and individual directorship services, as well as company secretarial and registered office solutions.

As the legal arm of ECOVIS Malta, GRC provides a comprehensive range of legal services, including intellectual property protection, yacht ownership registration, residency and employment matters, and guidance on the setup and licensing of gaming and fund entities.

GRC also specialises in middle-office services for funds and investment managers in Malta. Our external risk management service ensures true independence, meeting the requirements of UCITS and AIFMD regulations. Our team members bring extensive experience and relevant qualifications and are duly approved by the Regulator for appointments across a wide range of licensed entities.
