Practice Areas
Partner of the Firm since 1992, he deals with corporate and tax law areas, his experience grew up significantly assisting Italian and foreign companies and investors in M&A, LBO and other extraordinary transactions. He also serves as auditor and/or director on listed- and non-listed companies.
He mainly deals with limited companies taxation, tax litigation, board of auditors and due diligence.
