Partner of the Firm since 1991, he deals with corporate and tax law issues, his experience grew up significantly assisting Italian and foreign investors in M&A, LBO and other extraordinary transactions. He also serves as auditor and/or director on listed- and non-listed companies, in credit institutions and other financial intermediaries. He mainly deals with limited companies taxation and tax litigation.
