Loreta Andziulytė is a partner and attorney-at-law at ECOVIS ProventusLaw in Lithuania, certified as an Information Privacy Professional/Europe by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds a certificate of CIPP/E.
Loreta have more than 20 years of experience in the field of data protection, corporate law and regulatory. She has an extensive knowledge of the telecommunications, information technology and fintech sectors. With the professional experience and specific knowledge of business sectors, she professionally guides institutions, both local and international, through legal issues, advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, IP/IT and employment matters. Loreta has extensive knowledge of the fintech sector. She is highly active in handling e-commerce and marketing issues.
She is a ranked lawyer in Fintech Legal by Chambers and Partners Fintech 2020 and a licensed bankruptcy administrator providing bankruptcy administration services for more than 10 years.
Loreta holds a diploma degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the Vilnius University. She speaks fluent English and Russian.
