Short bio

Fernando has been working in the field of Corporate, Insolvency and Labor Law for over three decades. Areas of expertise include Corporate Law, Contract Law, M&A, Corporate compliance, Labor law and corporate restructuring law, New technologies law and Bankruptcy law. Furthermore, he serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors in a large list of companies in Spain, including several multinational corporations.

Fernando holds a Law Degree and a LL.M., both with specialization in Business Law. He speaks German, English and Spanish.
