The legislator does not make it easy for viticulture firms. For example they are constantly forced upon new regulations through the so-called farm shop verdict in the field of sales tax or when dealing with eastern European seasonal workers, which they then have to quickly implement in practice.

We bring the necessary experience

Ecovis’ tax and legal consultants work closely together with the franconian viticulture association as well as with the viticulture experts. A result of this cooperation is for example the collaboration with the annual viticulture ordinance department.

We have been maintaining an information and experience exchange in cooperation with the viniculture research department in Geisenheim. We acquired branch-related know-how through long-time support of a variety of big and small viticulture firms (self marketer) and also through consultation of wine-grower mergers in various legal forms.
