Strategy workshop in Berlin

This autumn, September 4^th and 5^th was a big milestone for ECOVIS International. In Berlin, Germany, the partners of several international offices participated in a workshop on the future ECOVIS strategy for the next few years. The core target was not only the improvement of the exchange of information and the internal knowledge transfer, but mainly creating a vision for the future of ECOVIS and of course the aspiration of sustaining the existing quality standards in the branches worldwide.

This autumn, September 4^th and 5^th was a big milestone for ECOVIS International. In Berlin, Germany, the partners of several international offices participated in a workshop on the future ECOVIS strategy for the next few years. The core target was not only the improvement of the exchange of information and the internal knowledge transfer, but mainly creating a vision for the future of ECOVIS and of course the aspiration of sustaining the existing quality standards in the branches worldwide.

The participants emphasized and summarized the core values of ECOVIS, which secured the international outstanding reputation so far:

• The high quality of services offered, which is obtained in every consulting field such as legal or tax consulting, accounting and audit.
• Not only the possibility of getting premade consulting packages, but tailor-made, personal service fitting the individual client.
• Qualified employees, securing a high customer satisfaction by outstanding teamwork and curiosity in innovations.

After the status review was done, plans and concepts for the future of ECOVIS international were set. Key aspects were the expansion of international presence and increasing the reputation of the brand. Furthermore, the growing internet and mobile presence should reassure the popularity and brand awareness. At the same time, the good quality of the consulting services should remain high and core values like bringing different people and cultures together for creating international solutions should not be neglected.

As a conclusion of the two productive days the participants agreed on the mission of vision emerging ECOVIS into “The leading consulting firm of choice for SMEs throughout the world”
