Third CEE Group meeting in Munich: Continued dynamic growth and business support
The meeting in Munich, which took place from Sunday to Tuesday, was the third event of the CEE M&A group ECOVIS. The initiative was launched by Ecovis Legal Poland and Ecovis Proventus Law with the aim of creating a cooperation platform for entrepreneurs interested in transactions in the CEE markets. The first meeting, held in Poland, started the process of building an international network of business partners. The next meeting, held in Prague in 2023, confirmed the need to further develop the initiative. Since its inception, the group has grown dynamically, with more and more countries joining the circle of CEE countries, demonstrating the growing demand for cooperation in the region. The growing network of ECOVIS partners is clear evidence that our activities provide real business support and meet the needs of international partners.
Our services – support for M&A transactions in the CEE region
One of the key elements of the ECOVIS M&A Group’s activities is the provision of services tailored to the specific needs of companies operating in the CEE markets. These services include:

- Due diligence: Conducting in-depth financial, legal, tax and operational analyses to minimise transaction risk.
- Business valuation: Professional valuations that enable informed investment decisions.
- Post-transaction integration: Advice on harmonising processes and organisational structures post-transaction.
- Restructuring services: Helping businesses adapt to changing market conditions.
- Buyer and seller advisory: Representing the interests of both parties in the transaction process.
- Management buy-out transactions: Assisting managers in management buy-out processes.
Combining global experience with in-depth knowledge of local markets, ECOVIS provides high quality services tailored to the individual needs of its clients. With coverage in 90 countries and a team of 12,000 professionals, ECOVIS is a reliable partner for companies pursuing M&A transactions on an international scale.
Common goals – common development
The third meeting in Munich strengthened the foundations of cooperation between partners from Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine. We were also honoured to welcome colleagues from Austria and France as special guests. The continued growth of the group and the increase in the number of participating countries prove that integration in the CEE region is not only necessary, but also effective.
By organising such events, we confirm that unity and cooperation across borders are key to achieving common goals and building a stable future in CEE. In these dynamic times, our activities support business development and strengthen ECOVIS’ leading position in the region.
Together, we build bridges that connect entrepreneurs and help them succeed in international markets.
