ECOVIS VSDK & Partners Co., Ltd is a single-member private limited company incorporated in Cambodia on 4 August 2016 under Registration No. 00017939 issued by the Ministry of Commerce. VSDK is a corporate practice registered with the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (the “KICPAA”) and granted a license from the National Accounting Council (NAC).
The Company’s principal activity is to provide Audit & Assurance, Accounting & Taxation, and Business Support Services.
The Management Team of ECOVIS VSDK & Partners Co., Ltd consists of experienced Audit, Assurance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Tax experts. We are professionally qualified and have extensive up-to-date training and experience gained in a variety of commercial and professional organizations including the Big-4 accounting firms and various internationally known groups.
Our Team maintains its professional status by constantly updating skill sets and attending professional seminars and activities organized by professional and regulatory bodies.
ECOVIS VSDK is a member of Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
